Rotation Conference

Description: On the specified rotation year, principals and full-time assistant principals will have the opportunity to attend the respective National Principals Association Conference or any approved National conference. Two months (60 days) prior to the scheduled date of the convention, a complete cost itinerary (not to exceed $2000) must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for approval. A travel request must also be submitted with the itinerary of costs included in the note section of the request.

Note: A request to defer participation for another year should be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the Washington County School District Business Administrator.

Use this form to help you prepare an itinerary for your trip. Remember that you must secure bids for flights and motel rooms if your costs exceed $1000 for the whole trip.
